Ingredients
  1. Buttermilk Dressing
  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  3. 1/3 cup buttermilk
  4. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  5. 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
  6. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  7. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  8. 1 clove garlic, crushed
  9. Salad
  10. 1 1/2 cups small broccoli florets
  11. 1 1/2 cups small cauliflower florets
  12. 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
  13. 1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  14. 1 small zucchini, sliced diagonally
  15. 3 medium carrots, sliced diagonally
Instructions
  1. 1 In tightly covered container, shake all dressing ingredients until well blended.
  2. 2 Arrange vegetables in separate sections on serving platter. Serve with dressing.
